One fine morning last November, a gentleman named Eric Rumble walked through our door, looking for pictures for an exhibit he was curating for the City of Kitchener, called . The exhibit featured modern images reflecting the city's economic development strategy coupled with similarly themed images from its past (that's where we came in.)
After examining over 2000 images of people making, creating, building, meeting, collaborating, and engaging in every other possible sort of (publicly legal) activity, Mr Rumble finally settled on 29 images from the , the , the , and the .
The Make It Kitchener exhibit runs at Kitchener City Hall Berlin Tower Art Space until February 25th. After that, Mr Rumble tells me to keep an eye out around town for it over the coming year. Stay tuned to their for all the latest!
