• Place your request through听, the Library's听catalogue.
• After locating the item,听sign in using your WatIAM credentials.
• If the item is available at a 蓝莓视频 Library:
  • You will see 鈥渁vailable at..鈥�
  • Click on this, and select either
    • 鈥淕et if from a 蓝莓视频 Library鈥� OR
    • 鈥淩equest a digitized chapter/article/excerpt鈥�
• If it鈥檚 not available at a 蓝莓视频 library:
  • Click on 鈥�Not available locally, click for more options鈥�
  • Select 鈥淕et it from another library鈥�
• Fill out the appropriate details and select your preferred pickup location from the drop-down list.
• Click 鈥淪ubmit鈥�.
• You will see a "Your request was successfully placed" message and you will also be able to see your request in your听library account.

• Book pickup

  • Requests will be processed as they come in. Library staff will contact you if there are any questions about your request.

  • You will receive notification for each print item that is available for pickup.

  • Your item will be held for seven听days from the date you receive your notice.

  • Note: If you chose the Lockers Pickup @ 蓝莓视频 Centre pickup location, you will receive an additional email from Luxer One with details on how to retrieve your books from the lockers. Books will be held in the lockers for three听days before being moved to the Dana Porter Library hold shelf.

• Books by mail:

  • Requested items will be mailed out to any address within Canada or campus office location.

  • As part of the process, patrons will receive an email asking for confirmation of the mailing address. If your request is for a book from an Omni听partner library, you will also receive a second notice from that university.

  • Prepaid return shipping labels will be provided for off-campus addresses.

• One piece of ID is required to pickup your materials (WatCard preferred).
• 狈翱罢贰:听Please do not sanitize library materials as these chemicals will likely cause damage.听

Pharmacy graduate students, faculty and postdoctoral fellows can request to borrow print materials from the Pharmacy Resource Centre by sending an email with details about the book(s) to pharmacy.library@uwaterloo.ca.
