Celebrating this year’s theme “,” the University of ݮƵ Library’s Special Collections & Archives (SC&A) invites the public to visit us and learn more about our varied collections that showcase the intercultural history of ݮƵ and the world. is celebrated around the world to promote the importance of supporting archives and the archival profession.

People can be confused about what an archive is, and there are often misconceptions that the material we hold in SC&A is for internal use only, is difficult to access, or is only for historians.[1] IAD helps to demystify archives and dispel these misconceptions. Take advantage of this fun opportunity to interact with our collections and staff.
