We consider a qudit-oscillator\nsystem where the qudit is continuously driven. We show that strong\ndriving allows for qudit-conditional operations on the oscillator such\nas displacement\, sq ueezing and higher order effects. We discuss the\ncase of a driven qubit w ith linear or quadratic coupling to the\noscillator\, and we generalize th e scheme to multi-qubit and qudit\n(d>2) systems.
