 urther.\nUtilizing the Professional Report\, participants will learn about
  the\ncharacteristics and workstyles of the four temperament types while\n
 customizing their leadership style to better understand that no two\npeopl
 e are the same and what motivates one\, may not motivate the\nother. This 
 workshop can help participants tailor their leadership\napproach to suit i
