Ìýis the Research Director of the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public PolicyÌýat HarvardÌýUniversity. She examines internet and technology studies, online extremism, media manipulation, and disinformation campaigns.ÌýÌý
Dr. Tim O'Shea

Ìýis anÌýAssociate Professor in the department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine and Division of Infectious Diseases at McMaster University. HeÌýhas worked in East Africa in general internal medicine and infectious diseasesÌýand has been a member of theÌýÌýsince 2007.ÌýÌý

ARTS 490 will be deliveredÌýasynchronouslyÌýprimarilyÌýby course instructorsÌýby Dr. ShannonÌýMajowiczÌýand Dr.ÌýShana MacDonald. The final grade will be evaluated asÌýCredit/No Credit (CR/NCR). StudentsÌýdo not need special permission to add ARTS 490 toÌýtheirÌýwinterÌýcourse schedule.ÌýÌý
