About Nastaran Saberi (PhD 2019)
Dr. Nastaran Saberi (PhD '2019), Co-Founder/CTO of GeoMate, is a leading technologist specializing in remote sensing, image recognition, and AI development. After completing her undergraduate and master's degrees in civil engineering and remote sensing at the University of Tehran, Nastaran pursued her Ph.D. in remote sensing and Geomatics at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ. A former adjunct professor at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ's Faculty of Environment, she now directs the technical team at GeoMate, the HD mapping tech company she helped establish. Under Nastaran's guidance, GeoMate employs AI to deliver highly accurate, scalable, and cost-effective HD mapping solutions, catering to applications in urban planning, micromobility, and autonomous driving simulations.
