W3: À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Women’s Wednesdays is pleased to announce W3 REPRESENTS, an interdisciplinary research symposium taking place on Wednesday, February 20th, 2019. This unique event presents the ideas of women and non-binary grad students, post-docs, staff, and faculty from various disciplines across the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.
In preparation for our symposium, we are asking for student volunteers (undergraduate or graduate) to help us with various tasks including conference registration, welcoming guests, presenter support, wayfinding, and so on. Â
We are seeking women and non-binary volunteers for Wednesday, February 20th (reading week) to fill the following slots:
- 8am - 10am (2-3 volunteers)
- 10am -12 noon (2-3 volunteers)
- 12-noon - 2pm (2-3 volunteers)
- 2pm - 4pm (2 volunteers)
- 4pm - 6pm (2-3 volunteers)
- Photographer (2-3 volunteers)
Volunteers will not only gain exposure to the conference environment, but will also benefit from being part of a women and non-binary network at UÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.  All volunteers will be provided conference refreshments and meals (breakfast, lunch, and light supper).
