You are warmly invited to attend a聽Student Poster Showcase, which hs been rescheduled from the orignial Feb. 13 date to Thursday, March 6聽from 1-2:20 p.m. in the Davis Centre lobby. This year鈥檚 1B cohort of Management Engineering students will share work they have prepared for ENGL/COMMST 192: Communication in the Engineering Profession.
The students have been working hard on projects related to the social, ethical, and environmental impacts of engineering technology. They have been mapping the broader 鈥渟ocio-technical systems鈥 engineering work is part of, summarizing engineering topics for public audiences, and more!
Come check out the projects and chat with students about their work; the opportunity to present to the broader UW/Engineering community will enrich this experience greatly.
