Research interests:

My areas of interest lie in assessing remote sensing methodsÌýfor monitoring ice cover and phenology on northern lakes. My current projects focus on the developmentÌýofÌýmachine learning algorithms to map and monitorÌýlake ice extent and phenology from the regional to the global scale using satellite optical and SARÌýdata.
