Mashael AlSabah, Kevin Bauer, and Tariq Elahi along with supervisor Ian Goldberg were awarded the Andreas Pfitzmann Best Student Paper Award at the 13th (PETS 2013) last week for their paper Ìý(PDF).

Co-authored with ​Aleksandrs Belovs (University of Latvia), PhD student, Ansis Rosmansis has been awarded the Ronald V. Book prize for best student paper at the 2013 IEEE for his paper, ""

The Ronald V. Book prize is given annually to the most outstanding paper written solely by one or more students. 

PhD student, Tiffany InglisÌý(Craig. S. Kaplan) was awarded second place in the graduate category at the 2013 Grand Finals.
