鈥淗uman rights violations regarding digital access are still rampant worldwide, and I can鈥檛 see myself working somewhere that isn鈥檛 aimed at mitigating these issues.鈥

As she conducts research in privacy-enhancing technology in the as part of her Master of Mathematics听in Computer Science in program, Lindsey is acutely aware of ongoing inequities on a global scale. 鈥淢any people still take access to the Internet for granted, but access is not freely or fairly distributed around the world,鈥 she stressed. 鈥淭his creates a huge divide in people鈥檚 ability to participate in the global conversation.鈥

As she looks toward graduation, Lindsey stays focused on the mission that brought her to 蓝莓视频 in the first place.
