Peter Jentsch

PhD Candidate - Applied Mathematics

Peter Jentsch is a PhD candidate in the Department Of Applied Mathematics at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ. Supervised by Dr. Chris T. Bauch and Dr. Madhur Anand, his research is primarily in the field of mathematical ecology and human-environment systems. He completed his undergraduate degree in applied mathematics at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ. Currently, his PhD research is focused on coupled-human environment dynamical models of disturbances within the North American boreal forest, and their applications to forest management. Peter is also a part-time researcher with the Canadian Forest Service.
