Nicholas Palaschuk is a PhD Candidate in the Sustainability Management program at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ in Ontario, Canada. Nicholas works in the fields of corporate sustainability, environmental behaviour, and sustainability transitions. Nicholas holds both a BSc. in Biology (2015) and MSc. in Bioscience, Technology and Public Policy (2018) from the University of Winnipeg. His previous graduate work focused on developing community-based governance approaches to sustainable forest management and social enterprise developmentwhile working collaboratively with Canada’s Aboriginal communities. With experience spanningmanagement, social, and natural sciences, Nicholas combines a strong interdisciplinary research background with direct experience engaging stakeholders across Canada to explore the multi- dimensionality of pro-environmental behaviour change and the role of organizational culture in corporate sustainability.
