This theory\nproposes that spacetime is fundamental ly characterized by a partially\nordered set (poset)\, in which the partia l order represents causal\nrelations and the number of elements signifies the volume of a\nspacetime manifold region. I will then discuss how effort s to find a\ndiscrete counterpart of the d'Alembertian operator on a poset led to\nthe formulation of the causal set action S_BDG. This action is de fined\nas a linear combination of the counts of various order intervals.\n Further analysis has shown that while KR posets are predominant in the\nnu mber of posets of size n\, the quantum dynamics imposed by S_BDG\nsuppress es them for large n. Finally\, I will propose a method to\nderive the comb inatorial analogue of Einstein's field equations on\nposets.\n DTSTAMP:20250517T004915Z END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
