  is due\nto a type of water channel protein\, aquaporin. The unique select
 ivity\,\nhigh water transport capability\, and low activation energy of\na
 quaporins have garnered strong scientific interests with many studies\ncon
 centrating on the fabrication of biomimetic membranes based on the\nrecons
 titution of aquaporins into self-assembled amphiphilic lipid or\npolymer b
