The University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ recently put a spotlight on former Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement Communications Assistant Kirsten Mosey. Mosey was selected earlier this year, out of over 6,500 applicants, to be one of ten . The À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Stories article outlines Kirsten’s peacebuilding journey, including her humanitarian work at refugee camps in Greece, experience as political science student, personal and professional development while employed at the Centre, and education and advocacy efforts with the United Nations Disarmament Training Programme. Mosey is the latest example of several students who have leveraged their work experience at the Centre to go on to do impactful work on campus and beyond.
