Dr. Damen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, where he also holds the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC)/Nortel Networks Associate Chair in Advanced Telecommunications.
