DESCRIPTION:Summary \n\nCOVID-19 has brought disease and mortality at level
 s not seen from a\nrespiratory virus for over 100 years. Immune responses 
 to this virus\,\nwhich can infect several different tissues\, are poorly u
 nderstood\,\nincluding the role of antibodies in resolving the infection. 
 In March\n2020\, we reoriented our lab to develop Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorb
 ent\nAssays (ELISA) for human antibody isotypes IgM\, IgG and IgA produced
 \nin response to the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. To date we have analyzed\ns
 amples from 114 patients\, including both PCR positive and PCR\nnegative i
 ndividuals.\n
