Call to order
Meeting called to order at 5:49 p.m. by chair, Viv Hoang.

Motioned by VP Liu, seconded by Director Paskaramoorthy. Motion carried unanimously.

Reports of officers
President – Viv Hoang

President, Hoang reported on housekeeping items. The dean's lunch will be held on Friday. President Hoang reminded execs the dress code is not formal however to dress appropriately to how they would like to present themselves. President, Hoang reminded transition documents are due on November 25. If deadline cannot be met, President Hoang needs to be updated asap. President, Hoang reported the winter by-election is underway.

President, Hoang reported on the General Members Meeting. President Hoang will be requesting 3 constitution amendments; Termly constitution change if needed to keep it relevant and adaptable, Director of events names change to Vice-President to clarify level of responsibility, JOEY eligibility only for first and second years. Reps are reminded to encourage people to come to GMM, specifically Rec and Kin students. President, Hoang described the general agenda for the General Members Meeting. The full agenda can be found on the GMM slides. Each exec should introduce themselves with their name, year, and program before their section.
Vice president, education – Angelica Marsili
- VP, Marsili reported on the professor research document project. Dr. Tyas will be contacted in-person by VP, Marsili to discuss the project. VP, Marsili will also be attending the Co-op Education Council meeting at the end of this month.
Vice president, internal affairs – Hanna Kang
- VP, Kang reported on the exec team hangout. Exec team hangout will be held on December 5th and details will be shared via FB group chat. A spreadsheet will be sent out for attendance and to share what each person is bringing.
Vice president, finance – Vicky Liu
- VP, Liu reported on the budget. The budget is generally updated for the rest of the term. Stickers will need to be added when the prices are determined.

Communications and promotionsÂ
- Director, Khan reported on the Content Calendar. The updated calendar includes all the posts for the remainder of the term including story posts. GMM post should be reposted to the story on November 18. President, Hoang suggested to post all the gingerbread houses as different stories and then a button to put in a vote as the last story. Participants of the gingerbread event should be reminded to DM a photo of the finished gingerbread by EOD. The winners will receive a $10 gift card for each member from the office.

JOEY, Ma and JOEY, Mundh reported on the Gingerbread House Decorating Contest. Everything has been organized. President Hoang will do one final email correspondence with participants. Vincenzo's catering will be arriving at 3:30 before the event. Execs helping with the event are reminded to bring laptops for check-ins.

Director, Chowdhury reported on the EOT Food for Fuel (Nov 26). The set-up will have people enter through two doors and exit through the back door, with a mirrored set-up with 2 tables for food. We will be having a WatCARD tapping machine and the other check-in table will need to manually enter student numbers. Director, Paskaramoorthy and VP, Liu have used the WatCARD machines previously and should be the ones to use them. Samples of each drink will be placed on the table; attendees can request the one they would like, and it will be pulled out from underneath the table by an exec. More information can be found in the EOT folder, including the event form where people can sign up for shifts.

- JOEY, Salama reported on new AHSUM stickers. Execs were asked to vote on the stickers in the FB groupchat. JOEY, Salama should connect later with President, Hoang later in the week to order the stickers.

- Rep, Munro reported on the new Chiro-kin and PTA/OTA programs that are being discussed in the DC meeting.

- Rep, Dong reported on the SPHS Council Meeting this Friday, where the prof research document project could be mentioned in the future.
