WatSPEED and the Vector Institute have launched a pilot program to help professionals effectively lead AI initiatives and translate ambition into real-world business impact. The one-day, live online course, Managing AI Projects, runs June 19 and targets project managers, team leads, and functional experts in non-technical roles. As AI becomes central to business operations, the program provides tools to adapt traditional project management for AI’s unique demands. By combining WatSPEED’s strength in professional education with Vector’s AI expertise, the initiative addresses Canada’s critical skills gap. It aims to equip leaders with strategies to plan and deliver AI projects confidently. Funded by government and industry, the Vector Institute supports AI adoption nationwide. This partnership supports Canada’s innovation goals by building a workforce ready to drive AI-powered transformation.
